About Us:
The Water-Zoo of Clinton is seeking an experienced swimming pool operator and GM for our resort. We are conveniently located off I-40 and cater to travelers and local/regional customers alike. We are best known for our family friendly atmosphere. Our resort offers guests a relaxing and enjoyable experience, featuring multiple water slides, splash pads, lazy river, ball hoops, cabanas and more.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all pools, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage a team of lifeguards, pool attendants, and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor pool water quality and oversee chemical balance testing.
- Develop and implement resort pool policies and procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate poolside activities and events to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain inventory of pool-related supplies and equipment.
- Work closely with the resort management team to enhance overall operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pool management or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water treatment, and safety regulations.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Lifeguard and CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
